If you’re not sure where to spend your time or money, a plan helps. Mine fit on a page or two. They cover who your best customers are, what to say to them, where to reach them, and what to do each month.

It’s written for your business, not copied from a template, and you’ll actually use it.

Good copy gets the right person to pick up the phone. I write website pages, leaflets, emails, adverts and blog posts in your voice, based on the questions your customers actually ask.

If your website or branding needs work, I can do that too. My studio, IceRocket Design, builds fast, mobile-friendly WordPress websites for small businesses, from £499. I also design logos, van livery, signage and printed material so everything looks consistent.

Do I need all of this? No. Most small businesses need one or two things done well. I’ll tell you which.

How quickly will I see results? A better website or a clearer offer can bring enquiries within weeks. Reviews and local search build steadily over a few months. I’ll always give you a realistic timescale.
